CRFSolutions is proud to announce the release of ClientView 2009.
For over 10 years, we have provided superior technology to commercial credit grantors and the construction industry. Back in 1998 CRFSolutions pioneered web based construction notice technology and we continue to innovate. This latest version of ClientView raises the bar, yet again.
ClientView 2009 continues to remain extremely user friendly. If you are familiar with the previous version of ClientView you will find the transition to ClientView 2009 to be an easy process and new users will find the learning curve to be very short.

Recent ClientView Updates
5/17/2010: New Job Copy Process – When entering new jobs into ClientView, you can now copy the information from an existing job already in our system, or from a job in the your current batch of new jobs. This comes in very handy for those of you that deal with different Lot and Tract numbers on your jobs. After copying the existing job information, you can make any small changes needed and submit the job in a fraction of the time it would take you to type all the job information again.
5/10/2010: Just Click "Enter" – This small but very useful enhancement now allows you to login or ClientView and perform a job search without having to use your mouse to click on the Submit button. Now just hit the Enter key and the results will appear.
5/5/2010: Texas Pending Notice List – Now we have added the ability for our Texas users to get a list of all the jobs that they currently have requested notices on and edit or delete the notice requests right from this list. This eliminates 2 of the 3 steps currently needed to edit or delete a request. This new list is also a great tool for your collectors to use in calling your customers whose jobs have not been paid as the deadline of the 15th approaches.
2/4/2010: Custom Waivers – Although all of the Waivers in ClientView are compliant with the different state lien laws, you can now have custom waivers added to ClientView that can be used in lieu of the default Waivers. This allows you to put the waivers in the format of your choice and also add any wording that you or your attorney might prefer. This along with the ability to use your company logo really gives you the ability to customize your waivers from top to bottom.
11/30/2009: Electronic Signatures for Waivers – You now have the ability to have electronic signatures of your users uploaded into ClientView that can be used on the Waivers that are created through our system. This will make it much easier to create and email your waivers without the unnecessary steps of printing, signing and scanning. The sooner you can get the waiver sent, the quicker you get paid.
7/13/2009: Job Information Edits – You can now edit job information through ClientView to help insure that the information we have is as up to date as possible. In addition, you will be able to request Mechanics Liens and Amended Notices with the click of your mouse.
6/8/2009: Amended Notice Alert / AZ Invoice Detail – By giving you a way to enter your invoice and payment information on each AZ job, ClientView will be able to tell you when you are approaching or have exceeded the threshold that would require you to send an Amended Notice based on Arizona Lien laws. You will be able to enter specific invoice and payment information or, to save time, just the total amount owed at any given time, and the system will do the rest.
6/8/2009: Job Waiver Alerts – You can now easily get a list of all unpaid jobs in our system that were assigned to us more then 30 days ago that show no record of having a waiver created. This new tool came from the suggestions of many of our clients who have come to rely on ClientView for all their waiver needs. Since waivers are created for all payments made on their jobs, this list of jobs without waivers gives the user a list of jobs that may be delinquent and require some special attention.
5/18/2009: Mechanics Lien Alerts – This new service and report will help you track or monitor the lien rights on all of your jobs in our system. You are able to remove jobs from the list as well as update information, like the End Date of the job, to increase the accuracy of this service.
